1. Status
These pre-launch terms are a draft requiring legal review. Use will be governed by final terms accepted by the user.
2. Service
Sodam is personal software that helps users capture and organize health experiences, questions, visit conversations, and follow-ups. Features may change before or after launch, with notice for material changes.
3. Not medical care
Sodam is not a healthcare provider, clinician, medical device, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or make medical decisions. AI transcripts and summaries may be wrong or incomplete. Confirm decisions with a qualified clinician and call 119 or local emergency services when needed.
4. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and secure account access. They are responsible for having authority and consent when recording or sharing information about others.
5. Recording and consent
Before recording, tell every participant and obtain explicit consent. Users are responsible for checking clinic policy and applicable law. Do not use recording when consent is unavailable.
6. Prohibited use
Illegal activity, rights violations, unauthorized recording, access or sharing, security circumvention, disruption, and use as an emergency-response tool are prohibited.
7. User content
Users retain rights in what they submit. They allow Sodam and its processors to handle that content only as needed to provide requested features, security, and support.
8. Third-party services
Supabase, OpenAI, Twilio, and device calendar or permission systems may support features. Their availability and policies may affect the service.
9. Deletion and suspension
Users may request account deletion. We may limit access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements and, where practical, explain the reason and appeal route.
10. Warranty and liability
The service is in preparation and, to the extent permitted by law, is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability, governing law, and dispute procedures will be finalized after Korean legal review.
